The PROdry is a fast-drying carpet cleaner designed for convenient carpet cleaning. It is not intended as a deep cleaner. For best results, use either the OxyGen 2 tool or Tough Stain tool on tough spots or stains.

Leaked all over my carpet, took apart several times and read all of the directions. Could not figure out why it was leaking all over. Returned.

Does not get out stubborn stains.
Does not clean as well as I had hoped. It did not get my carpets as damp as other carpet cleaners, which is a plus.

THIS BISSEL PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, UNFORNUTAELY I CAN NOT RETURN BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET TO USE THE PRODUCT BEFORE THE RETURN POLICY TIME RAN OUT.
I AM VERY DISAPOINTED WITH HSN ON SELLING AND ENDORSING THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT. MY CARPET LOOKED JUST AS DIRTY EVEN AFTER I USED THIS MACHINE....FROM ALL THE COMPLAINTS I WOULD HOPE THAT HSN WOULD OFFER TO EXTEND THE RETURN POLICY ON THIS PARTICULAR ITEM. THIS ENDOSEMENT BY HSN MAKES ME LEERIE ON OTHER PRODUCTS THEY HIGHLY ENDOSE????????

I brought this with the idea it would be easy for me to clean the carpets. I absolutely dislike it. It does not clean like they said and it is too much for me to handle. Way to heavy and does not dry as fast as they say. Would love to be able to send it back.
