We are extremely pleased with the ease of use with the machine and the excellent cleaning job it has done. Our carpet looks new again. The carpet dried within 3-4 hours. You won''t go wrong with this one. This is a great value from HSN given all the extra''s that come with it vs. retail.
Too much trouble / Tarrel, FL2/4/2008 When I got ready to use this,there was no owners manual, and no screws included to attach the handle. My husband had to find the owners manual on line,and them seach to find screws to fit. Needless to say this created a waste of time and money inorder to be able to use the machine. It did operate okay when finally got it assembled. We noticed that is was only $20 more on line direct from Bissell. Perhaps if I had ordered directly maybe I''d have gotten all the parts???

Works great! Best steam cleaner I have bought to date. It replaced our Hoover steam cleaner that was not doing the job. I was also renting the store "steam cleaner" for $20.00 a day plus the cleaning products for it. Not no more, since I bought this steam cleaner. If you have kids or pets or both, this is a great investment. (must have)
Great Steam Cleaner!! / Jennifer, OH1/1/2008 My husband and I have been really satisifed with the handling of this machine. Even without the cleaner, just the water with the heat cleans our carpets. We are really satisifed with the way this picks up dirt (and we have several high traffic spots) and grime from our carpet. Bottom line - this Steam Cleaner works well!
