I don't have to get on my hands and knees to clean my floors. This does a fantastic job. I love to clean now. Love the fragrance included with the machine. Easy to use and easy to store. Thanks Bissell and HSN!!!

It did freshen up the carpeting in the room I use as an office/cat room. A little disappointed that is doesn't clean the carpet but it does smell better in here.

I've had my steam mop for several years and love it on my hardwood and tile floors. I just bought the carpet refresher kit because I moved heavy furniture which left indentations in the carpet. The Bissell, with the Refresher attachment, lifted the compressed carpet beautifully. After letting it dry and then vaccuuming I can't tell that there were any indentations.

Used it today and it's fabulous! I know it's supposed to be a refresher, but it actually cleaned spots off my carpet! I'm so pleased, and I highly recommend this attachment! It can be tiring if you have a large room, but I just do a little and rest. Other than that, no complaints! Excellent product!
