I had a different steamer from another manufacturer that worked very well but it was tired and it was time for a replacement. I looked at several before deciding on this one. It has all the features you could ever want and the dirt it was pulling out of the carpets was amazing. The carpets looked clean but now I know they are clean. With two dogs and two cats this machine has everything to keep up with them.

With 2 boys, a dog, and a husband, I thought it was time to say good bye to my cream colored carpets...or spend a fortune to have the professionals come in. We saw this unit and decided to try it. I was amazed at the amount of dirt this unit picked up. The black water that I poured out showed me how much cleaner my carpet was getting. I loved the dirty and clean tanks all in one. I did not have to bring extra parts to my sink. My carpets are saved and I can keep the boys, dog, and husband!

I have had this machine for about 7 months and it never had great suction and never cleaned that well....but now it will not spray out the water/cleaner...It is really bad...don''t waste your money. I had the regular PROHEAT /the black one and that was bad too. The tank leaks and the dirty water sometimes mixes with the clean...get a Hoover and you will be glad you did.
