i think this does a pretty good job, as long as its not an old old stain. The only negative is that the nozzle sprays solution out from the sides instead of directly on the stain, so u would have to hold the nozzle sideways to hit your spot.
And DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT use the included pet odor remover spray it smells like something is dead and the smell takes forever to come out. The cleaning solution however smells really good.

I order everything from hsn,I NEVER HAD A COMPLAIT before. This just does not do the job at all,the pet odor remains,the carpet takes forever to dry and smells also.I ORDERED this pet cleaner because I have 2 small dogs.I did not use it until I HAD IT over the 30 day limit, otherwise,I WOULD RETURN IT.I would not recommend this to anyone. So sorry hsn., it is not up to your normal standards.
