moved in to our new rented house , previous owner had pets the dyson took the pet hair after they shampooed the carpets and alot of dirt also!

I bought this thinking it was going to be awesome. It doesn't have the greatest suction and the holes get covered up easily. Sometimes I had to use my hands to remove the dust from the dirt container.

I would rather buy a cheaper vacuum and not have to touch the dirt.

I couldnt wait to receive my dyson..When it finally came in I immediately use it and was very pleased..It not only remove more dirt and pet hair on my carpet it also made them look much cleaner and newer..It was definitely worth the money and with flex pay you cant go wrong..

I thought this machine would be the bomb, but I'm not certain it's all that. Maybe it's me? I bought this to replace a 12 amp Eureka that's very outdated, but I think the 12 amp has better suction than this. I LOVE the ease of set up, the small foot print, and how the learning curve is almost non-existent. I just wish it had more UMPHH power . . . wondering if I need a bigger model. Thinking to return and get a larger one--the jury's still out.

Waited 6 months to write this to make sure and we still love it!! Smaller so didn't think we would like it as much as we do. Cleans, manuvers and works like a charm and we have 3 cats! Have owned a motel, restaurants and gift shops our whole lives and gone thru all the brands and I mean all of them! My sister and I fight over this one so I can see another one is in our future! Thanks again HSN!
