This product has provided a continous face lift , a solution for less than spendy "it's just a rental" carpet , installed new, when I moved into my apartment 3 years ago. This is a claim I can make, especially in combination with my Dyson vacuum. Not necessary to use it every time I vacuum, but if you follow the directions, I can honestly say it refreshes the look of even less spendy carpeting ( through no choice of my own) and leaves a fresh smell, unlike the perfumed super market options. I will continue to purchase this product. Don't understand the negative ratings.

I used the bag that came with my Dyson Vac found it worked so well I order 6 more when they went on sale. It leaves the carpet clean feeling to bare feet and does remove most stains. Good if you have indoor pets for a fresher smelling carpet.

I've used this in a room where the cat litter boxes reside. I put the litter boxes in another room but odors lingered. after I used Zorb, the odors were gone. The carpet looked better too. I do not have a dyson; I used it with my electrolux. I recommend it if you have pets.
