The machine is lightweight and has wonderful suction. Big difference from the other machines I have used. Do not care for the quality of the onboard hose storage. The hose gets in the way of the cord.

This is the first time I tackled carpet cleaning. This machine is wondeful! It really worked! I cleaned a two year old area rug in my den and it looks like new. I could not imagine the vac working as well as it did. The suction is awesome. The directions are user friendly and so is the machine. It is a Hoover and that speaks volume. I must admit I was a skeptic at first but I am now a beliver.

works great u wouldnt belive the dirt this picked up we moved into our new house they left animal mess on the floor it was caked and hard it pulled it right up leaving no stain the machine is great and i would recomd to everyone to buy

This is the second Hoover carpet cleaner that I have purchased. I literally wore the last one out. I have children and a dog and our house has light colored carpet. We live on a lake and constantly have a large number of kids with barefeet throughout the house. Hoover carpet cleaners are great. You can actually see the cleaner suck the dirt out of the carpet.
