I bought the hoover platinum carpet cleaner and cleaned my carpet . Wow I could not believe how clean my carpet got I would recommend this cleaner to any one who wants to get there carpet really clean on the first clean .love that it has separate water for rinsing . the machine is great I give it a 5 star. thank you hoover

This product was as great as I expected it would be. When my last Hoover gave out, I made the mistake of getting another brand.....BIG MISTAKE. This machine has taken out stains the Bissel left! Not sure why some have given this cleaner bad reviews....we love it.

i purchased this carpet cleaner be cause i up graded from an older hoover loved my old one ,but this one for the price its not worth it. when i got it i used it right away and it leaked from the water containers i sent it back they sent another one the second time it was missing screws and leaked from the carpet cleaner container.bad experience and i loved hoover not sure now?

I wanted to love this machine after watching the video and we tried 2 of them the first one you moved and the brushes shut off and there was always a blinking light the second one worked as long as you moved slower than a snail the brushes would keep moving but if you touched the end of the machine to anything the brushes would stop running and it was like christmas with the lights blinking.Then it looks like it moves the carpet and crinkles it up and I have a brand new house so it is not due to old carpet. As you can tell I do not like this machine and for 400.00 it is awful cheaply made it was very flimsy where you stored the brush in the front. I am sorry and wish I could say wonderful things but seriously save your money and buy something different...
