I ordered this because it says it cleans hard floors and upholstery. The unit that they sent me had no attachments to clean anything. I wanted it to be able to clean tile and carpet but not able to do the tile...I sent it back. The carpet cleaner part did work really good, I wish I could have kept it for that.

Very easy to assemble. There is not enough suction to get the job done. This also did not come with any attachments.

I ordered this as a today's special. It is great for the price. This was assembled up and running within 15 minutes. It did a great job. Horrible to see all the dirt from my carpets and furniture. Switching from Carpet to Upholestry cleaner was strange. But, after the first time, it was easy. My only complaint is that the nozzle gets dirty and there is no way to clean it. that may pose problems in the long run. But for now, I really do like it.

This Steam Vac has no attachments. Cannot clean upholstery with this Steam Vac only carpet. I am sad to say I have to return this item.
