Unavailable replacement filters

I too really like the Hunter air purifiers. However it is a battle everytime I go to re-order the replacement filters and always find them not available or sold out. HSN customer service is 0 help and can't tell you if it is discontinued or just out of stock. I am willing to buy the costly filters and I can't run the machine without the filter. Can you at least make them available for your customers who are trying to use your product?

I love these air cleaners. They do a wonderful job in a house with two dogs. But, I too like the other guy am going broke buying filters! Not only that, when I go to order them, they are sold out! What good is that? I am really disappointed!

I bought the air purifiers because they seemed to be such a great deal. However, I didnt know I'd go broke buying replacement filters.
Never again will I purchase anything that requires replacement filters! Mine last about 2-4 months and they are really expensive for me to replace.
I'm thinking about ebaying these purifiers and buying something with no repl. filters.
Otherwise they do an excellent job of cleaning the air in a very old, dusty home with 3 cats and a dog.
Filters last a MONTH

I live in a SPOTLESS home, alone, no pets, no smokers, and I have 2 Hunter filters running full time, and the filters last a month at best.
They work great!

I bought this last fall and I absolutely love it. It works like a charm. I have it on constantly and the filter lasts 4 months. I have pet birds and those ionic purifiers I bought from "SI" didn't do a thing, and I have 3! You don't realize how well this works until you are without it. I had trouble finding filters for a couple months - boy did I notice the increase in dust! Buy extra filters when you see them tho - they can be hard to get - hence the 4 stars.
