It’s Carbon

It’s not cut to size. You can buy carbon at most hardware stores for a better price. I have canceled my auto ship and now do but at my local hardware.

When I read that it was a "cut to fit" product, I thought it meant it was ALREADY cut to fit. However, what it means is that YOU have to cut to fit. Now, on the positive side, it comes with two sheets and since I have one large and one small purifier, I can actually get three out of each sheet (2 long way, 1 short way), so a total of 6 filters for the box. However, when held up to the light, they don't appear to be as dense as the original filters.

These are great and really help with the quality of air on our home. I would give a score of excellent-but they are not available when I need them.

The absolutely best filters and machine I have ever used, just vacuum the carbon/filter when dirty and replace about once a year. I have asthema and it helps tremendously, removes all the pollen and dirt, would be in trouble without them.

I HAVE 2 UNITS, THEY WORK GOOD AND REMOVE LOTS OF DUST.. THE DOWN SIDE IS THE $200 PLUS YOU SPEND A YEAR FOR FILTERS.. I TRY TO CONSERVE BY CLEANING THE FILTERS WHENEVER I CAN. YEAR AFTER YEAR YOU CAN SPEND A SMALL FORTUNE BUYING FILTERS. I REGRET BUYING THE 2 UNITS.
