NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TROUBLE! / Kelly, WA   7/7/2008
HSN is a drop shipper for Improvements, so this will be nightmare to return. Also, this WarmRails towel rack only heats up to 15 watts; barely warms up & takes all day to dry 1 towel. Fastners that hold the rack to the feet are made out of cheap plastic painted with silver paint; they were glued to the cardboard backing & paint peeled off from all the glue. Really bad quality. Very disappointing that HSN does not let us know that faulty item need to be returned to Improvements directly.
