NO STEAM / Ruth, VA7/19/2008 It''s going back. NO STEAM WHATSOEVER. The triangular shaped head does not pivot smoothly, does not glide across the tile floor and am left with water streaks and if you don''t keep moving the head continuously then more serious water marks are left. Being disabled I cannot just bend over to wipe up after a "steam" machine. And having to wait 21 days for the manufacturer to mail me a pre-paid s/h label is ridiculous. Either you stand behind your product or you don''t. Am very disappointed.
Steamboy Floor Steamer / Mechelle, TX2/6/2008 AWESOME! Works great...I just wish the cord was longer and I had more cloth pads. A great investment for cleaning!
