Stay in deep end of pool. / Walter, CA5/28/2007 Does NOT clean pool steps or shallow end. Received unit with filter bag pinched in cover and cover not attached. We got this BRICK as replacement for our 10 year old polaris unit. Big miatake on our part. On it''s way back. Suggest they do more development, concept OK but manufacturing NOT GOOD.
Customer Service STINKS! / , AZ5/23/2007 Removing/replacing the filter bag extremely difficult to do, bag does not stretch enough. Calling/emailing iRobot: eMail tells me I''m using the wrong email address (it''s the one in my profile at the website) or call Customer Service 6 times who transfers my call then cuts me off 3 times or I get someone who says iRobot does not have a pool cleaner or I get an answering machine that tells me no one is there to take my call (twice). I''m sending this back!
