IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STEAMER, JIFFY IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD BUY! THERE ARE ALOT OF STEAMERS OUT THERE THAT SIMPLY DO NOT WORK. JIFFY IS THE BEST! IT STEAMS VERY HOT, FOR GETTING OUT WRINKLES. REMEMBER, THIS IS A STEAMER NOT AN IRON, I FIND SOME THINGS STEAM BETTER THAN IRONING. YOU CAN GET CREASES ON PANTS IF YOU KNOW HOW TO STEAM THEM. JIFFY HAS A WEB SITE WHERE YOU CAN LEARN THEIR TECHNIQUE ON HOW TO STEAM. ALSO, YOU CAN ORDER PARTS & OTHER ITEMS FROM JIFFY.

I''m a father of a toddler and a husband who likes to have a crisp shirt/pants to wear, I sometimes help iron my wife''s and daughter''s clothes :) This Steamer works... with a little getting used to. The reason why I gave 3 is because it''s not as crisp as ironing, and sometimes not as fast as ironing, well maybe because I''m pretty good with iron.. so that''s an exception. O, btw, it does spits water out. Be careful.

I LOVE THIS STEAMER, It wortks great, takes every wrinkle out of everything, it takes a few times to master the right way to do it. I will never use a standerd iron again, and my iron board is history. It is also very well made, professional quality. Buy it.

I am so pleased with the steamer. Our knit shirts always come out of the dryer wrinkled, but it a few minutes I was able to steam out all wrinkles. My linen long sleeve shirt does not do well with an iron....and it looks great. Another blouse with ruffles looks so great. And any jackets I have will look great without sending them to the cleaners. I love it.

Something built properly, what a refreshing change / BW, NC   3/20/2008
As soon as I opened the Jiffy shipping box I knew that this was not an ordinary, made overseas, appliance. Quick heating and prodigious steam make for easy work. The magnetically attached wrench is a nice touch since it''s out of the way but always available. The only thing I would like to see would be an included attachment just for steam cleaning items like ovens, grills, etc. because it''s a shame to limit this steamer to just clothes or fabric.
