The only thing negative that I have to say about the CloseDrier is that I wish it would dry more clothes at once. I use this to dry my jeans, dress pants, shirts and sweaters so that they don't shrink ... so far, so good, except for the fact that I can only dry a few at the same time in one cycle. Other than that, I love it.

This dryer melted 6 of my hugable hangers and the fan grill started to melt even when it was on low heat.
I would not leave this running unattended.

What a great invention. It has made my daily life much easier. I live in a co-op building in NYC and the "machines" are in the basement. This little number enables me to dry my son's school uniform right at home. Thank you for your ingenious design.

I bought the first one and like it a lot only thing controls was on the bottom so when i seen the one with control on top i love it give my daughter the other shes loves it works grat for my rugs and my clothes i would give it a 5 great good work hsn.

I'm on my second drier. I bought the first one about two years ago. Worked great until one day, it just stopped working. Warranty ran out and couldn't return it. Because it initially did work so great, I decided to get another unit. So far, so good. I live in an apartment so, it's a great space saver. Works great for jeans, sweaters, delicates. I soooo want this drier to work out. If it plays out on me again, I'm done with Joy Mangano products.
