This set looks very nice but doesn't perform as promised. You can't use the hang it option unless you are bringing only one outfit. I took this piece out and used it as a normal suitcase, which defeats the purpose of buying this in the first place. It is nice that the wheels work in both directions, but the handle is flimsy and I wonder how long it will last. It is also very hard to keep the piece upright without it being perfectly balanced on the inside. I doubt this luggage will last long, especially on flights, but would work ok for car travel. I would not recommend this set, it doesn't deliver on it's promises. I think HSN should take a long hard look and insist on a redesign.

Ok Joy - love your hangers but this luggage set needs more work. The onair presentation is really far fetched. I will give you credit - everyone loves the piece, there's nothing close to in style anywhere else. This piece needs better wheels and a stronger handle. It can also be a tought to balance the luggage if you don't pack correctly - my bag was always falling over the first time I used it, especailly with items in the outer pocket. Joy, I hope you redesign this set and offer a trade in credit for those of us who tried this prototype. Only with an HSN credit would I try another luggage set by you.

This bag is good if you are a child or are only going away for two nights. The hangers placed in the bag fall off when clipping it in. If you get lucky and finally get it in with the hangers intact, then good luck trying to close the bag. Don't even think about putting anything else into the bag. All of the extra pouches are great ideas, but in reality, they are not usable unless you remove that hanging bag Joy was so excited about. If you put anything in the outside pouch, the bag becomes top-heavy and falls over. The handle feels like it's going to snap off. Wish I'd have tested this when I got it. Too late to return. This bag should be priced at $40 to be fair. Waaayyy too expensive for what it is. Probably a good bag for the kids to stay at Grandma's. Sad.

I purchased this product so that i could take me and my husband on a trip and have less luggage. A joke I could not even fit his 2 pair of pant and 2 sweaters in the case. So my clothes was out of the question. The small carryon bag could not even hold our smaller items. If i could find the slip i would send this back. But I guess my granddaughter will get this as her overnite bag. What a joke.

Never have I been so disappointed. Love other items but not this one at all.

I purchased this item in 5/09 for my trip to CT at Xmas. The presentation was VERY misleading. I could not fit all my items in this bag and the inside part with the hanger did not hold my items. I had to take it out and it was still a tight fir for my clothes. I did not even pack much. I packed 5 thin sweaters, a pair of boots, a pair if shoes, 2 pairs of jeans, garmet clothing and hair items. Also, the presentation said that it could be used as a carry on. I flew Delta and my luggage was taken away because a Delta rep. said it was too big to put in the overhead. I told him that I got it because it was supposed to fit in the over head. He took my luggage and came back and told me that it was too big. I had to check my bag. I was very, very upset sice I ordered this bag because I did not want to check any bags. I am very disappointmented in this item. I would not recommend it unless you plan to check your bag and not bring many items on your trip.
