At first I really liked this product. AFter a few
weeks the hanger hook would break away from the hanger. I thought it was just a fluke, then six more brought. In total 12 have broken now. The item which is on the hanger is not heavy, just summer shirts.
The closet looked great but not for the price we paid. Tthe quality is not there considering the expense.

The product is great at streamlining the closet and making more room, the drawback is in the quality of the product. I waited to write my review until I had the hangers for awhile so I didn't let the initial excitement cloud my judgement. I have had these hangers for almost a year and have had more than ten break. They were not holding heavy coats, simply tee shirts. I am very dissapointed in the quality. I wonder if the product was rushed through the manufacturing process because it was around Christmas and the orders needed to be filled quickly??

Cheap, some arrived broke and HSN gave me a whole $3.00 credit...WOW!!! As the months went by the gold hook is pulling out of the hangers. I'm very dissatisfied Joy Mangano products. She should really do her homework before putting her name on these products she selling but she probably don't care nor does HSN.

I bought the 132 pack of hangers last December, and unfortunately, only recently began working on my closet. I love the hangers; however, when I began investigating the contents of the box, I had the 11 sachet pockets, but no sachets. I will never leave something unopened again because, when I realized the sachets were missing, it was too late to get them sent to me.

THESE HANGERS ARE FANTASTIC! I AM A PLUS SIZE & MY CLOTHES NEVER HUNG PROPERLY ON THE CLOTHES RACKS.THEN, I BOUGHT THESE SEVERAL YEARS AGO FOR THE 1ST TIME, & WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT THEM AGAIN!THEY HOLD MY HEAVY CLOTHES AS EASY AS THE LIGHTER ONES. NEVER HAD 1 BREAK,OR COLORS FADE ONTO MY CLOTHES,& I WOULD KNOW, AS I HAVE ENOUGH CLOTHES THAT I COULD OPEN MY OWN BOUTIQUE.1 BAD APPLE DON'T SPOIL THE WHOLE BARREL!!ALSO,HSN HAS AN EXCELLENT "CS DEPT", CALL THEM, THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!
