ordered twice -- coud NOT get sable hangers with grass and so ordered black.
However, each order we would go into our master closet and find hangers ON THE FLOOR!! there were dress shirts, suits, silk and cotton blouses everywhere!! The hangers would NOt stay on the racks!! Customer Service said there was nothing that could be done until about two weeks ago one of the C/S agents said that I could contact Joy Mangano. -haven't done that as yet!

I GOT THIS SET AT A GREAT PRICE...I WAS THRILLED WITH IT. I HAVE ORDERED SMALLER SETS, SO I KNEW THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER BARGAIN. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS KEEPING UP WITH THEM, IT SEEMS THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY COMES IN MY CLOSET TO GET MY HANGERS!!
