I agree with another customer. The hangers come out of the bar and you have the actual brass or silver hanger out of the flocked part of the hanger. I have also had a problem with the flocked bars breaking. The flocked part also breaks where the brass part goes in. I have tried super glue, etc. on them and nothing holds. HSN customer service tells me to contact the provider. They just give me the run around when I can get thru, which in itself is hard to do. I have bought these hangers for years but will have to stop because they are no value when you have to keep throwing them away.

I bought everyone in my family HH before and they were great. I ordered these for my youngest son and the quality of the coating on the hanger has gotten inferior. The monogram came with poor lettering and looks like its peeling off already. These hangers seemed brittle,velvet coating looked "sprayed on" and some spots were bare on hangers. They are also more breakable than before. One already broke. I love your products & have several of your other items. Would buy again if quality improves.

Actually i'm only commenting on the color as i just received them tonight and didn't use them yet . i ordered bright orange for my daughter and they are dull, more of a pumpkin color which is fine if i wanted a pumpkin color

don't feel like sending them back since they'll be in a closet and not shown but i was really disappointed

waiting for orders from a today's special, if the colors are off i'll return them

I love these hangers. The only thing that my husband hates (which I think is silly), is that it is harder to pull your clothes off the hanger. I can put a full set of motorcycle leathers on one hanger where it used to take two or three at least. My closet and my husbands is more organized than ever because we have more room. what was I thinking waiting so long to purchase these?

I just received this set and it is perfect as I really needed more of the shirt hangers, but as another person mentioned, I have been using the kid's hangers for most of my slacks and jeans they hold an adult pair of slacks perfectly, I do not think they would work for pallazzo pants or very wide leg bottoms. I thought the color I picked (purple) was going to be very dark, this is the prettiest color like a iced rasberry sherbet, I am very happy I purchased this set.
