Faded and old

I already have hundreds of the same color hangers (bright red), but in this set, all of them are faded and old-looking to the point that the flocking on each hanger has an impression from the next hanger smashed up against it. The JM gold metallic logo is even faded, as are all of the hooks. Everything appears to have been exposed to the sun or have been sitting somewhere for years. All of the finger clips in this set are unusable as they do not open wide enough to put them on the hangers, let alone hang a skirt. Sachet bags are unusable as they look like a dime-store item. But the garment bag is the correct color red! I will place the faded hangers inside the garment bag so that they are not visible. Poor QC on this combination.

I love my hot pink hangers but one of the boxes was missing from my order. Unfortunately they are out of stock and I can't get another. Really disappointed!!!!

I bought my first Huggable Hangers several years back, I loved them. I have given them as gifts over the years. With this recent purchase the product quality seemed different, not up to snuff with the original set I purchased. Have they always been made in China? So many HSN products seem to be made in China these days, I am not happy with that.

One hanger had a very sharp edge, HSN offered a replacement hanger. These look great in my closet and perform well, but cat hair clings to huggable hangers. The garment bag is okay, storage box is great! I ordered black hangers with chrome. Please revamp the logo - huge reason I haven't purchased these hangers previously make it less visible, less of a blob in the on the hanger - many wont purchase these because of that, maybe a nicer couture-inspired logo! Please manufacture these in the USA.

These hangers do work well but they are NOT unbreakable.. The first couple that broke I called and about 4 months later the replacements arrived.. I have had more than a dozen break since but it is just too much trouble to keep calling for replacements. I have only had these less than a year and they are slowing falling apart...
