I agree with another customer. The hangers come out of the bar and you have the actual brass or silver hanger out of the flocked part of the hanger. I have also had a problem with the flocked bars breaking. The flocked part also breaks where the brass part goes in. I have tried super glue, etc. on them and nothing holds. HSN customer service tells me to contact the provider. They just give me the run around when I can get thru, which in itself is hard to do. I have bought these hangers for years but will have to stop because they are no value when you have to keep throwing them away.

I decided to organize my closet so I ordered 5 sets. The colors aren't bright, who cares you can't see the colors anyway when clothes are on them. Linen-n-Things is going out of business so I purchased 250 of the knock off brand, AND you can turn the hooks, AND used everyone of them. My closet is now organized, uniform & no more crammed clothes. I recommend these if you want an organized closet. I used the little hangers for my skirts, they work great. I'm happy with this purchase.
Quality has definitely changed!

I bought everyone in my family HH before and they were great. I ordered these for my youngest son and the quality of the coating on the hanger has gotten inferior. The monogram came with poor lettering and looks like its peeling off already. These hangers seemed brittle,velvet coating looked "sprayed on" and some spots were bare on hangers. They are also more breakable than before. One already broke. I love your products & have several of your other items. Would buy again if quality improves.

I just received my order for bright yellow color huggable hangars but sad to say, am very disappointed. It is definitely not the bright yellow of the past or as shown in the picture. Instead it has a greenish `muddy' tone. I hope you will pass this review on to Joy. What happened to quality control for color consistencies?? I would have given this a 5 star except for the color as I love these hangars and have even taken them home for my family in Malaysia.

When I first told my husband about these hangers, he thought I was crazy spending this much money on just hangers...let me say he was the first to say he LOVED them. I ordered him the blue and it came with the kids set of blue, now my son and my husband have a set. He told me he wants me to order some more. These are not just any hangers...they are $$ well spent.
