LOVE THIS PRODUCT  / DISAPPOINTED111, GA 11/23/2009
WHEN I USED ROYAL TREATMENT ON MY PUPPY I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE RIGHT AWAY. IT KEEP HIM SMELLING FRESH LONGER AND HIS COAT LOOKING HEALTHY. I LOVE IT AND I PLAN ON BUYING MORE.
Smells like gasoline  / timberline, MO 11/23/2009
I purchased the Oatmeal and Honey and went to wash my Yorkie and it smelled so bad, Tilly kept trying to get away from me, and she always likes her bath. It smells like gasoline or a petrolium smell. My husband was in the next room and he asked what smelled so bad. The only good thing I can say is the customer rep was very nice and helpful in getting things rectified. Actually, one star is too many. HSN needs to work on their quality assurance.

Just received this product today. I immediately tried the spritz on Bear , my Pomaranin , He smells wonderful and better yet he didnt try to run away when i sprayed his coat so he must have like the scent also..I combed it through his long hair and not only did it make him smell wonderful, it made his coat smooth and shiney but non oily...Thank you so much for this great product ..I will be taking the shampoo to his groomer as i am disabled and can't bathe Bear like i once did..Again thank you HSN for having this product !!

I truly had reservations about how good this product would be, and I am delighted to say that it is "absolutely great!" My furby (cairn terrier) loves getting his bath and his hair is absolutely beautiful. I bathe him once a week and he has no skin problems. We have been using this for a year so I highly recommend this "absolutely great" product.

I bought the Honey and oatmeal shampoo and conditioner and spritz. This is the best !!! My dog, didn't even mind it. No more itching and scratching. His coat is really shiney and does not shed as much. and no more smells in the house after he comes back in . I just spritz him and he smells so good. Great product. !!!!!!!
