Does not work like they show

I tried this stain remover several different times, on new and old stains both. It did nothing, zip, nadda!!! The stains are still there, and I followed the directions. I would not recommend this product.

i received the pens and the bottles and neither one of them worked at all.very didappointed. never again.

I SAW GENTLEMAN ON AIR USING ON LEATHER HANDBAG. I TRIED ON A LEATHER BAG TO GET INK MARK OUT.
IT TOOK ALL THE COLOR OUT OF LEATHER AND DID NOT REMOVE THE INK MARK. ACTUALLY MADE IT TEN TIMES WORSE.
BECAUSE LEATHER WAS TOTALLY RUINED
AROUND THE INK MARK. WAS SO MUCH LIGHTER THAN ACTUAL LEATHER COLOR.
IT WAS A $600 LAMB BAG. I FELT SICK.
SHOULD HAVE SENT TO PROFESSIONAL TO REMOVE INK BUT I BELIEVED THE GUY ON HSN LIVE.
ALSO TRIED REMOVING INK FROM COTTON BLOUSE.
IT DID NOT WORK ON THAT EITHER.
WASTE OF TIME AND $$. DON'T BUY.

I had coffee stains on my light beige rug for over 3 years and used the stain pen on it, it was amazing, the pen took the stain away completely and it didn't come back. I love these pens.
