Springhill = terrible service DON''T DO IT!! / Abi, CT

Insipid roses IF you are lucky to have any bushes survive. All 4 of them had canes thin as a swizzle stick and roses under an inch in diameter. Two have not survived the winter and Spring Hill cannot find my order even though I provided them with the number and ship date. Actually the second time I called the order was found and I was told I would receive a call from the supervisor. 2 weeks later no call and again can''t find the order.

I purchased 27 roses bushes (pink & red) a year ago, for our new home. Bushes were bare-root when they arrived & did take about 3 weeks before leafing out. I "called" CS at Springhill since 2 bushes didn''t leaf out & they immediately sent me 2 more. The ones I called about then leafed too, just slow. Beautiful forever-blooming roses & great Springhill CS!

When I recieved my red roses they didn''t have a leaf or anything on them. I planted them and kept them mulched and watered and now I''m getting rose blooms on every one. I''m ordering the pink today.If you buy them from Lowes and other places a lot of times they don''t have leaves on them. But they will come out.Even with a freeze they will come out if they''re watered and tended to.Good Luck with your roses.

I ordered two sets of these roses, and 5 of the 8 plants are doing well. However, 3 of the 8 have died, and after two emails to Spring Hill Nurseries, I cannot get any satisfaction in replacing these 3 plants (lifetime guarantee?) by Spring Hill. The five that have survived, however, are thriving, and have set buds. I expect that I will be seeing roses very soon.
