My strawberries died the first week becasue of a cold spell in GA> I called SpringHill and they replaced them immediately. I planted them 2 weeks ago and they are growing great. Can''t wait for strawberries

terrible service from Spring Hill & hsn / Jo   5/16/2007
I received the kit with plants but no directions of any kind. I called customer service but they said they couldn''t help. Turned on hsn and spring hill rep was on show today. He said you could call Spring Hill at any time and they would replace or refund. Called Spring Hill and was told they couldn''t help, it all had to happen through hsn! Passing the buck. Don''t ever buy anything from Spring Hill. And I''m beginning to reconsider buying from hsn Jo

We actually waited several days before planting... and to my pleasant surprise; the plants are not only still alive... but sprouted green leaves within a week. I am looking forward to the berries. ***PS to Judy below: send an e-mail to customer service through this site; or ask for a Supervisor/Manager ... Only once I did this, and she was great, and was able to help resolve the situation. Good Luck.

I RECEIVED MY STRAWBERRY KIT ABOUT 18 DAYS AGO. I PLANTED THEM RIGHT AWAY, AND NOW THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL GREEN LEAVES STICKING OUT OF THE POT. THE ARE REALLY GROWING, AND CAN''T WAIT FOR THE BERRIES. I PUT THEM IN FULL SUN AND RAIN WATER WATERED THEM AND THEY JUST SPURTED OUT. SO FAR THEY LOOK GRRRRATE.
