I totally agree with the other 2 reviews. Did not remove one shade of tarnish. Tablet did not totally disolve no matter how hot the water. I could go on, but why bother....save your money.

I RECEIVED MINE TODAY AND TRIED TO CLEAN MY STERLING SILVER JEWELRY TO NO AVAIL. IT LOOKED THE SAME WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE SOLUTION AS IT DID WHEN I PUT IT IN.

BACK IT GOES ON MONDAY, EVEN IF THE SHIPPING COST IS ALMOST THE PRICE I PAID FOR IY. I REFUSE TO KEEP SUCH AN INFERIOR ITEM IN MY HOME.

CLEANS AN ALMOST CLEAN SERFACE. WHEN HOT WATER GETS COLD, WATER GETS FLAKY. FORGET ABOUT JEWELRY WITH NOOKS AND CRANNIES. RUBBING WITH SOFT JEWELRY CLEANING CLOTH DOES NOTHING EITHER. LOVE OTHER STAINZ PRODUCTS BUT FOUND THIS ONE HAS NO SHINE.
