They are not super bright which I wanted & they seem to help with the dust factor. I have dogs who shed like crazy & I have noticed that they are not sneezing as much nor am I. I ordered two packs. They are very easy to use just screw them into any lamp & turn it on. Since they use a lot less energy I keep one burning all night & all day. I really do not notice any special smell but I do notice that there less dust.

Please if you going to sale a item make sure is not defective and say what they say what do. for this paid the Light Bulb are defective. do not freshe the air and light is dim.

These bulbs a terrific. I got the 15w (60w equiv.) for my bedroom. The light is a nice bright white with no glare and more pleasant and true than incandescent. The BEST PART is the fresh air smell in my room. It is as if I had the window open all day right after the rain. I would encourage anyone to purchase these great bulbs.
